Our Favorite Fashionable Cocktails and Where to Enjoy Them

Scheduled for September 6th through the 14th, NYFW is unlike any other week in the city. With an influx of discerning celebs and socialites in town for the occasion, posh cocktails are in as high demand as the fashion. Though invitations to the week’s most coveted shows and fêtes are more difficult to grab than a Wonka Golden ticket, the city comes alive with events, offerings, and activities that honor the event and are open for the public to enjoy.

We’ve rounded up our favorite cocktails, some created exclusively in celebration of NYFW, that are perfect for toasting to your favorite week in fashion.

15 Shades Of Green at District M, onsite at Row NYC

Made with Russian Diamond Vodka, Giffard Pamplemousse Rose, lemon juice Pernod Absinthe , and sparkling rosé, 15 Shades of Green is actually pink, it’s too tasty to care or question how it got its namesake. A perfect balance of tart and slightly sweet, the bubbly cocktail is as fashionable as it is addicting. We recommend upping your usual rosé game with this drink that sips like a spritzer but hits you a whole lot quicker, thanks to the addition of vodka and absinthe.

Fizz À la Mode at The Den

This speakeasy venue is upgrading the traditional rum fizz with Fizz À la Mode, which will be exclusively offered throughout the week in honor of NYFW. Garnished with mint sprout and melon, the bar's mixologist has created this sweet and sour libation mixing fresh cantaloupe juice, agave, lime juice, rum and egg white.

Midnight In Paris at Fig 19

This hidden spot on Chrystie Street is a favorite of fashionistas and model types, who flock to the space outfitted with dark woods and crystal beaded chandeliers. Hidden behind an unmarked door, the speakeasy serves drinks that are as fashionable as the crowd. Try the Midnight in Paris, which is crafted with tequila, ginger syrup, bitter cocoa liqueur, lemon, mole bitters

It Was All a Dream at The VNYL

For those who want to drink with the beautiful people, head on over to the Adrien Grenier (a.k.a. Vinnie from Entourage) owned spot in downtown. The 70’s inspired four-level restaurant, even houses their own record store and always hosts a bevy of models. The food and beverage offerings are inspired by the ’70s, and make for the perfect insta-story. We recommend the above drink, made with Allspice dram, Averna passion fruit condensed milk, Bacardi 8, and orange juice
