Valentine’s Day in New York City
Let’s Celebrate Love
Break out the heart shaped balloons and cue the chocolates because Valentine’s Day is almost here. Whether you want to spend the 14th with your favorite galentines, celebrate your significant other, or relax and unwind with your family, Saint Valentine simply wanted us to celebrate love. And since the world could use a little love right now, we’re welcoming this year’s Valentine’s Day with wide open arms. With an array of options around the city to suit every mood and occasion, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Till Death Do Us Part at District M
Located onsite at Row NYC, District M will be celebrating the 14th with a special Valentine’s themed Murder Mystery Party in partnership with the New York Social Network. Themed Till Death Do We Part, the event makes everyone a suspect, amping up the fun and turning strangers into friends (or potential culprits). As the night progresses, secrets will be revealed, motives exposed and your sleuthing skills will be put to the test.

The Cupid’s Undie Run
Yes, you read that right. For those who want to embrace their adventurous side and throw away their inhibitions, this annual event asks you to really brave the cold in support of a good cause. Created to raise money and awareness for the Children’s Tumor Foundation, the annual event has raised over $16.9 million since 2010. Approximately one mile long, the race kicks off with music, mingling and cocktails, and ends with an epic after party. Cupid’s Undie Run actually takes place before Valentine’s Day on February 8th, with check-in at noon. So get ready to shed your clothes for the children and make this Valentine’s Day one you’ll never forget.

Master the Art of Chocolate
Because Cupid’s favorite holiday is the ultimate excuse to unleash your inner chocoholic, we recommend a romantic chocolate making class at Tache Artisan Chocolate. Started by renowned pastry chef, Aditi Malhotra, this creative and delicious workshop teaches guests how to make confections that are as stunning as they are delicious. The perfect activity for couples, friends, or singles, it’s the perfect way to spend the 14th, because no matter the question, chocolate is always the answer.

Specifically for Singles
Sure, you could spend the evening speed dating or trying to connect with your latest Tinder match, but with an unparalleled lineup of parties and events throughout the city, we recommend grabbing your besties and heading out on the town. We house the world’s great clubs, restaurants, and bars all on our tiny island, and any of them set the stage for a fantastic Valentine’s Day with the friends you love.
